Remember last time in my previous post - big decision in life where me n hubby really wanted to by this house in Bukit Puchong..?? Well....during the MAPEX fair recently we already paid the booking fees for the house...!! Alhamdulillah..... at last we managed to buy a house after about 2 months waiting for hubby's loan entitlement and a lot of thinking...
It's not easy I tell you..... almost everyday hubby called the developer's office to know how many house left....ehhehhe until the staff can almost recognize his voice! Sometimes, hubby dragged me too to call the developer, cause sometimes hubby feel embarrassed too.... they often received a call from same person, same voice..same question. Yeaahh...a bit fanatic huh...?? Yupp, cause hubby really worried by the time he get his entitlement, the house already sold out.
Once hubby was entitled for the loan, we went to the MAPEX fair, straight to the Bukit Hitam's booth.... pick a house availabe and pay the booking fees.....hehehehhe. As easy as that...!!
Now we are on the Sales and Purchase agreement process. Last nite, me n hubby had a lot of paper to sign. Once the agreement is completed, we will proceed with the loan. According to hubby, if everything goes well and smoothly, we will get the house keys within 3 months....
Waaa...3 months..?? Yesss..3 months. There's a lot of work to do and many things to consider and to think about....!! So much thing to survey....
My wish list for the house ( according to priority ) :
1. Wiring and Grill
2. Kitchen cabinet
3. Lighting and fan
4. New curtain
4. Walk-in wardrobe
5. Extension at the back of the house
6. Living hall separator
7. Wooden gate and fence
Hhehee.... a bit ambitious huh...?? Excuse me..A bit..?? A lot laaa...too muchh.... Yaa laaa, too excited to have a new house. How to furnish it..? How to design it..?
Guys..... it would be very grateful if you can share with me your experience when you guys move to your own new house. What kind of grill is good ..? Contact person for wiring man....? Which shop can offer a good quality kitchen cabinet and wardrobe...? Good and cheap contractor..??
Any contact if you can refer to me to...
Surely, we want it to be perfect. Like we have been dream off.... Nicely furnished and decorated. But that one is based on our budget too..... Insyaallah if rezeki mengizikan we can have it all....if not.....it will based on our priority and the important and necessary things first...

Nak buat cabinet bilik, also can ask me how. Along ni kalau pasel renovate rumah dah expert dah..ye ah, dua kali berpindah...then jadik my mom's advisor masa dia renovate rumah dulu.
1st thing 1st, buat wiring ngan grill. Then buat built-in cabinets. Ada duit lebih buat extend belakang and buat tiles kat porch.
