I recommend you guys to read this book...? Why ..?
Because I believe this 3 things :
Firstly, we have the right to control our time.
Secondly, there is a better way to work.Thirdly, work is a things you do, NOT a place to go.
And I quote this from the book.
" Your company is providing you with a paycheck and possibly other benefits. Yes. they are giving you a job, and, in some cases, a career. For that you absolutely, positively and owe them hard work, focus, and dedication. More important, you owe them real, measurable results. But if you're delivering those results, and your company is benefiting, then there is no reason why they should have the right to make you sit in a cubicle from eight to five. You owe them your work; you do not owe them your time. You do not owe them your life"
So enough said people.... go and get this book! I bought mine at Borders ( if i'm not mistaken )....or if you're interested you can borrow mine :)

p/s : How I wish we can have this culture. It's seem impossible...but I'm pretty sure others big company has successfully ROWE!

The authors have some good points but they massively overstate their case. Their point about how efficient people are on the weekends in their own chores is ridiculous. How would they explain all the Christmas lights up in April?
