We are the championsss...!!

Today we had a Volleyball tournament within all the TM's group at Dewan MBSA Shah Alam.... For female team we had 5 teams - including TM Net, R&D (A), R&D (B), Selangor Barat and MMU....

This tournament was conducted once every two years. I played for tmnet's team for year 2002. However for 2004, I didn't managed to played because I was on my honeymoon at Sabah. Alhamdulillah, for this yea-2006, I had a chance to play again.....For 2002 and 2004 we won the tornament. For 2006, we have to win to keep the championship....And believe it or not.....my team had won the tournament and automatically be the championship for 3 consecutive years...!!!! yihawww....congratsss girlss.

We arrived there as early as 8pm. While waiting for other team mates, I had my breakfast .... mee hoon goreng lagi....ahahhahahaaa. Our first game was schedule as the 2nd match of the day.... So we had some time to get us prepared and warmed up.

For first game, we challanged Selangor Barat. Alhamdulillah...we won 21-8, 21-11...It's quite an easy game. For second game me met R&D team A. Previously we already had a friendly match with them....and we won. And for this time....we won again 21-11, 21-16.....It's quite a competitive game.

For next game...... we had to break for two games. At this point of time....we are really tired, pancit and exhausted. Plus....we can felt the muscle pain here and there. Luckily we had an ample time to restore and build our fitness and stamina.

Then we met R&D team B.....and we won again. Alhamdulillah 3 winnings in a row. Next we will met MMU team. MMU team is known as our "musuh tradisi " team. It's not that we are afraid of them.....it just their team is popular as a very kecohhest team and ganas too....

We get prepared for this last game. If we win, we will be announce as the champion for the female tournament...if not maybe we need to met again with MMU or R&D team A to decide the winner....

The tense and pressure has build as we were already exhausted and we have to win this game....but we will try to maintain and keep the momentum. And the game begin.....

For the first match we won an easy game with 21 - 12....but NOT on second match. MMU need to win this second match so that they can dragged us for rubber match. And we knew, we are no longer fit until the third match, so we really really really need to win this game.

At first we were left behind at 8 - 1. At this point of time, we were really pancit and exhausted. Time nie laaaa sumer bola tak menjadi sebab sumer orang dah penat..... But we managed to catch up until 11 - 9. This time the pressure and tense has begin.....I can see from my team member faces, that they were really exhausted....and doesn't have any more stamina to keep sustained.

Until at one point of time MMU was leading with 18 - 12 and they were pretty much confident that they can win this match. Someone called for time out and I've managed to whisper to the team that we need to win this game...I don't want to play for rubber game. Alhamdulillah, we managed to get one point after another and tied us up at 18 -18. This time we have gained some confident to win.....3 more points to win this match. MMU's confident has getting shaky and shaky....one mistake after another......And it's given us the opportunity to get points after points.

Last point 20 - 18 ....... is the mata penentu. It's our serve......Everyone is nervous including myself. If we make a mistake, MMU will had a chance to win this game......

We served the ball and MMU failed to return the ball over the net........Syukur alhamdulillah we won again 21 - 18 . It's really a tough game and everyone is overjoyed..... I was even cried....cried for the winning

Congrats team..for being championship for 3 consecutive year! Hopefully our team will had a chance for SUKMA selection..... Insyaallah....
