Yessssss....alhamdullillah, my loan untuk beli rumah dah approve....yihaaaawwww. Mmg ler bersyukur sesangat...sbb tak sangka pulak loan boleh approve under my name... yer lah, sbb quite high commitment jugak kan
Actually the developer send my application to 3 banks - ambank, eonbank and cimb. Eonbank on the spot jugak reject my application. Ambank kater maybe leh tolong....cimb just mintak all the personal details...and cakap will process the application lah.... n tak sangka plak...dioarg call balik after 3 days cakap loan dah approve...mmg ler sgt syukur kan...
But just cakap dalm hati....kalo mmg rezeki rumah tuh untuk aku....insyaallah..rumah tuh will be mine jugakk..... just prepare a back up plan lah - to joint loan or find a guarantor
hhheheee...harusss ler seronot kan...baru jer sign the S & P yesterday.... ehheheheee
